HOW DO I ORDER?
Ordering is easy! Just click the ORDER NOW button at the top of the page and choose the product you want. I will confirm your order or get your custom order quote within 48 hours of your inquiry. For Quote Requests => Once you accept the quote, you will receive an email with online payment instructions and a payment schedule.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
My days are filled with lots of commitments, so I appreciate as much time as possible to prepare for your order. I prefer at least 1-week's notice for Signature Cake/Cupcake/Sweet Treats orders. For custom orders, 2-weeks' notice is preferred (at least 6-weeks' notice for weddings) in case items need to be ordered for your design. Ordering is always subject to my availability, so plan ahead if you can!
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT WHERE I CAN JUST PICK UP A CAKE OR DESSERTS?
No. All of my creations are made-to-order. I do not keep cakes or desserts on hand.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN CAKE DESIGN?
You can bring your design for custom cakes, and I will work to customize it to your style and needs. I will exercise artistic license if necessary to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of your order. Exact color matching is not always possible, so a color scheme is preferred. If you need inspiration, please checkout some of my previous designs.

CAN YOU MAKE MY CAKE EXACTLY LIKE THIS CAKE I SAW?
I will do as much as possible to bring about your vision, but I do not infringe on or plagiarize the work of other cake artists. You can still upload pictures that you would like me to use for inspiration, and I will customize a design that is entirely yours. I will exercise artistic license if necessary to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of your order. Exact color matching is not always possible, so a color scheme is preferred.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TASTING?
Tastings are not held onsite. I offer a Taster Cake Box and a Taster Treat Box containing samples that are packaged and available for pickup. This way you can freely enjoy with friends and family without the pressure of having to make a decision right away. Once you decide on a flavor and want to move forward with your order, just contact me at info@mamajbakes.com.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND SETUP?
Delivery/Setup is recommended for orders of $500.00 or more. The Base Fee is $25.00. Locations greater than 20 miles roundtrip will cost an additional $1.00 per mile. Mama J Bakes is not liable or responsible for any damage to the order once delivery/setup is complete.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM FLAVORS?
I ONLY bake the recipes on my menu. My recipes have been crafted and tested to give the best taste experience for you and your loved ones.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
Mama J Bakes is not a gluten-free facility. I can provide some "gluten-friendly" products for those avoiding gluten for nutritional purposes. My baking equipment does come in contact with products containing gluten. Please contact Meme's Brick Street Bakery for your gluten-free needs.
DO YOU HAVE ALLERGY-FREE OPTIONS?
I do not offer allergy-free items. Please contact Heavenly Bakery at (769) 235-6533 for your allergen-friendly needs.
WHAT MAKES YOUR BAKES WHOLESOME?
All of my cakes, frostings, sweet treats, fillings, drip toppings, and fondants are made from scratch especially for YOUR order. I use premium ingredients in each of my bakes, which include as many organic, all-natural, and non-GMO items as available — organic milk, organic cream, non-GMO flour, organic sugar, organic chocolate chips, non-GMO vanilla, organic eggs, sprinkles, etc. I want your order to look stunningly beautiful AND give you a phenomenally wholesome taste experience!
